Windsong Uptown Dance Band
Windsong will provide a high entertainment value for your special event and their mission is to entertain and get people up and dancing and having a great time. The founders of the band, Flavio Battiston on guitar and Paul Leone on drums are accomplished musicians with 25+ years of experience in many different genres. Joining Flavio and Paul is the lovely and talented Carla Bianchi, female lead vocalist. Carla has been performing across Canada and the US for several years and delivers high energy powerhouse vocal ability. Rounding out Windsong are Evelina Soulis, who is a profesional, accomplished pianist/keyboardist and full-time musician, together with Dave Cheng, a highly skilled Toronto based session bass player and versatile studio musician. Graffiti Park have been circling the globe playing night clubs, resorts and arenas & corporate functions in Canada, Spain Australia, U.S., Morocco, Thailand, Dubai, and Cyprus to name a few. Graffiti Park have had the honour of meeting and working with an enormous array of celebrities & professional talent such as Slash of Guns N' Roses, actor Bruce Willis, Curtis Joseph of the Toronto Maple Leafs and members of Morrocco's royal family. Band members have had opportunities to play with The James Brown Band, The Temptations, UB40, Jeff Healey, Tom Cochrane, the Barenaked Ladies, Leo Sayer, & Allanah Myles, Robin Williams, and Dustin Hoffman. Graffiti Park has an extremely diverse setlist. Keeping up with all the current chart hits and polishing up the "old favorites" is their speciality.
